Eleanor Francis is the daughter of Henry Francis.
Eleanor was friends with Margaret Sterling. Both her father and she went to Margaret Sterling and Brooks Hargrove's wedding. Eleanor noticed that Henry kept looking at Betty. After being called out on looking at her, Henry tried to deny it. ("The Grown-Ups")
